Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and technically strong Video Producer & Cinematographer to join our in-house content production team. This role is responsible for executing production at the highest technical standards, from camera and lighting setup to capturing premium footage and handing over organised, edit-ready project files. The role focuses on production excellence and studio execution while working closely with the Lead Producer, who will own creative direction, planning, scheduling, budgeting and overall studio operations.

Key Responsibilities

Production Execution & Studio Operations

- Execute assigned production briefs across product videos, product photography, model & lifestyle shoots, green screen productions, podcasts, interviews, educational content, founder videos and performance marketing assets.
- Translate approved creative briefs into technically strong camera, lighting and audio setups.
- Own camera operation, framing, lens selection, exposure, white balance, focus and image consistency throughout the shoot.
- Independently set up qualified lighting for beauty, skincare, product, interview and green screen productions using COB lights and industry-standard modifiers.
- Set up, monitor and troubleshoot production audio using wireless, shotgun and podcast microphone systems.
- Prepare cameras, lighting, audio, accessories and production equipment before every shoot.
- Maintain studio equipment, batteries, memory cards, charging stations and production logs.
- Follow studio SOPs, safety guidelines and equipment maintenance procedures.




- Support continuous improvement by sharing technical recommendations for equipment and workflows with the Lead Producer.

Media Management & Basic Post-Production
- Organise project folders, media and backups using the studio file structure.
- Sync footage and audio with clean, well-labelled timelines.
- Perform basic colour balancing, exposure correction and audio cleanup.
- Deliver technically clean first cuts for creative review.
- Ensure every project is handed over to the Post Production team in an organised, edit-ready state.

Technical Skills
- Must Have: Sony Camera Ecosystem, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Media Encoder.
- Good to Have: Adobe Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve and basic After Effects.
- Strong understanding of cinematography, product photography, beauty lighting and green screen roduction.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Technically flawless footage with minimal reshoots.
- Consistent exposure, focus, colour accuracy and audio quality.
- 100% organised project files and media backups.
- Studio readiness before every scheduled shoot.
- Timely delivery of edit-ready footage.
- Responsible handling and upkeep of studio equipment.

Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory) Please share a portfolio including product videos, product photography, model/lifestyle shoots and green screen work (if available). Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
