Role Description The Video Editor role at YG Pedia is a full time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.

The Video

Editor will handle end-to-end post-production tasks, including assembling raw footage, selecting clips, arranging timelines, and synchronizing audio and visuals. Daily responsibilities include applying transitions and effects, refining pacing, color grading footage, and creating or integrating motion graphics and basic graphic elements. The role involves collaborating with producers, content creators, and other team members to understand project goals, maintain brand consistency, and meet deadlines.





The Video

Editor will also organize media assets, manage project files, and export final videos optimized for different platforms and formats.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for digital content creation.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and quality.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling.
- Experience with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to follow creative briefs and brand guidelines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or related field is beneficial; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating past work is highly preferred.
