Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing engaging videos for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, product promotions, educational content, corporate presentations, events, and brand communications. The candidate should possess excellent storytelling skills and be able to convert raw footage into high-quality professional videos.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit raw video footage into engaging and professional-quality videos.
- Create promotional videos for products, software solutions, and company branding.
- Develop reels, shorts, YouTube videos, advertisements, and corporate videos.
- Add titles, transitions, animations, motion graphics, subtitles, and visual effects.
- Perform color correction, color grading, and audio synchronization.
- Edit interviews, webinars, training videos, testimonials, and event coverage.
- Incorporate background music, voiceovers, sound effects, and graphics.
- Ensure videos align with company branding guidelines.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Design, HR, and Product teams to create impactful visual content.
- Maintain an organized library of project files and media assets.
- Optimize videos for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,



and company websites.
- Meet project timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and social media formats.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of video editing principles and storytelling.
- Excellent understanding of composition, pacing, transitions, and visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency in editing software such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Media Encoder
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator (preferred)
- DaVinci Resolve (preferred)
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation.
- Experience with green screen editing and chroma key techniques.
- Familiarity with social media video specifications and formats.
- Understanding of audio editing and sound balancing.
- Creativity with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, Film Making, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in video editing software will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in video editing, multimedia production, or digital content creation.
- Freshers with an exceptional portfolio may also be considered.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
