About the Role

TemZ Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor to produce high-quality, engaging visual content for our clients across multiple industries. In this role, you will create captivating social media reels, motion graphics, and AI-enhanced videos that help brands increase customer engagement, strengthen their online presence, and achieve their marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging short-form videos and social media reels for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
- Design professional motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and visual effects to enhance video content.
- Produce high-end AI-generated videos and integrate AI tools into the creative workflow to deliver innovative marketing content.
- Edit raw footage into polished, platform-optimized videos that align with each client's brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Develop compelling visual storytelling that increases audience engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and creative teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, viral content formats, and emerging video editing techniques.
- Manage multiple client projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure all content is optimized for various social media platforms and follows brand guidelines.
- Suggest fresh creative ideas and innovative concepts to improve campaign performance.

Required Skills




- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Runway ML, Kling AI, Veo, Pika, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
- Robust understanding of motion graphics, animation principles, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent video editing skills with knowledge of pacing, transitions, sound design, and visual effects.
- Ability to create social media content that is engaging, trend-driven, and performance-focused.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and content optimization for different platforms.
- Strong creativity, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a creative team.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, or digital content creation.
- A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, social media reels, and AI-generated creative work.
