Role Description

Jolle is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team remotely.

This is a full-time remote position , working 8 hours per day, 5 days a week .

Your primary responsibility will be editing short-form vertical videos (Reels) for both Jolle's official brand channels and the Founder's personal brand . All content will be approximately 60 seconds or less and optimized for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

You'll work closely with the Founder and the marketing team to transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention content that drives awareness, builds the brand, and generates leads. The role requires a strong understanding of up-to-date editing styles, pacing, captions, transitions, hooks, sound design, and social media trends.

Responsibilities





- Edit engaging vertical short-form videos (up to 60 seconds).
- Produce content for both the Founder's personal brand and Jolle's marketing channels.
- Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, animations, sound effects, and background music where appropriate.
- Perform basic color correction and audio enhancement.
- Organize project files and maintain an efficient editing workflow.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative concepts.
- Deliver videos within agreed timelines while maintaining high quality.
- Stay up to date with current social media trends and editing styles.

Qualifications
- Proven experience editing short-form social media content.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software.
- Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, hooks, and audience retention.
- Experience creating subtitles, motion graphics, and engaging visual effects.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant short-form video work.
- Experience editing content for founders, personal brands, SaaS companies, or digital marketing brands is a plus.
