We are looking for a Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer who can transform ideas, raw footage and stories into high-quality visual content across the Group's brands, platforms and international initiatives. The Role

This is not a role for someone who only knows how to cut clips and add transitions.

We need a creative editor who understands storytelling, pacing, audience retention, visual hierarchy, sound, typography and brand aesthetics.

You will work across multiple content formats, including:

- Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
- Long-form YouTube videos
- Founder & executive personal-brand content
- Podcasts & video interviews
- Corporate and brand films
- Event highlights & aftermovies
- Promotional videos & advertisements
- Testimonials & client stories
- Media and editorial content
- International programme creatives
- Social-media campaigns
- Motion-graphics-led content Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging and platform-ready videos
- Create high-retention short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Edit professional long-form interviews, podcasts and YouTube content
- Produce premium corporate, promotional and event videos




- Create motion graphics, animated typography, titles, lower thirds and visual elements
- Add appropriate music, sound design, subtitles, transitions and effects
- Perform basic colour correction and grading
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets
- Understand hooks, pacing and retention patterns for social-media content
- Maintain consistency with individual brand identities across Mavilach Group
- Organise footage, project files, templates and final assets systematically
- Collaborate with content, social media, design, marketing and leadership teams
- Work on multiple projects while meeting publishing and campaign deadlines
- Continuously track emerging editing styles, formats and content trends What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of professional video-editing experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating multiple editing styles
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Good understanding of motion graphics and typography
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing and visual composition
- Experience editing both short-form and long-form content
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and contemporary social-media editing
- Ability to create polished corporate and premium brand content
- Good understanding of sound design, music selection and audio balancing




- Knowledge of colour correction and grading
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Bonus Skills

- DaVinci Resolve
- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
