Role Description The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and producing video content that showcases Iron Lady’s programs, participant stories, and brand messaging. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, organizing assets, selecting engaging clips, applying transitions, synchronizing audio, and refining visual storytelling to create polished videos for online and offline channels. The role will also involve basic color correction, integrating motion graphics or titles, collaborating with program and marketing teams to understand content goals,



and ensuring brand consistency across all video materials.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close coordination with stakeholders and timely delivery of video projects.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience managing end-to-end video workflows.

Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance overall video quality.

Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling and brand identity.

Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).

Solid understanding of audio editing, basic sound design, and export formats for digital platforms.

Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines.

Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, design, or a related field is preferred.
