Ltd. is looking for a committed and execution-focused qualified to join our Conference Operations team in Bengaluru.This role is ideal for professionals with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing conferences, webinars, corporate events, Zoom meetings, and stakeholder coordination. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and delivering flawless events.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute national and international conferences from start to finish.Coordinate with speakers, delegates, sponsors, vendors, and clients.Manage Zoom/Webinar sessions and provide complete technical coordination.Prepare event documentation, reports, certificates,
