Job Description – Editor – BFSI (Digital)Location: MumbaiRole Summary – Full TimeWe are looking for an editorial leader to establish and scale our BFSI Digital vertical. The role requires a strong blend of editorial expertise, industry relationships, and commercial acumen to build a credible financial content platform that drives audience engagement and revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and lead the BFSI Digital editorial vertical from the ground up.Develop and execute the editorial strategy across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, FinTech, Capital Markets, and Personal Finance.Create exclusive, high-impact content and thought leadership initiatives.Leverage industry relationships to source breaking news, exclusive stories, and strategic collaborations.Partner with the business team to support content-led revenue opportunities while maintaining editorial integrity.Drive audience growth through digital-first content, SEO, social media,



and analytics.Preferred Experience9–17 years of experience in BFSI/Financial Journalism or Digital Media.Hands-on experience reporting on the BFSI sector with leading financial publications or digital media platforms.Strong, established network with senior leaders across banks, insurance companies, NBFCs, fintechs, mutual funds, stock exchanges, and other financial institutions.Direct working relationships with key regulatory and statutory bodies such as RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, PFRDA, IFSCA, NPCI, AMFI, and relevant government departments.Proven ability to break exclusive stories and build a credible industry presence.Experience in setting up or scaling a digital editorial vertical will be an added advantage.Key CompetenciesBFSI Domain ExpertiseStrong Industry & Regulatory NetworkEditorial LeadershipStrategic Content DevelopmentDigital Audience GrowthCommercial & Revenue Orientation
