Role SummaryWe’re looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to drive delivery of custom ERP solutions, integrations, and internally developed ISV products. This is not a coordination-only role. You will own timelines, push developers, communicate directly with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes. What You’ll Own- Manage multiple concurrent development projects (ERP customizations, integrations, ISVs) - Run daily/weekly standups and actively remove blockers - Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks - Work directly with developers and development manager to validate scope, estimates, and feasibility - Track progress using tools like Smart Sheet and hold the team accountable - Communicate proactively with internal leadership and clients - Identify risks early and drive resolution—not just report them - Ensure deliverables meet both functional and business expectations What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)Communication- Fluent English (written and spoken) - Comfortable leading client calls and internal discussions Technical Understanding- Experience understanding APIs (REST, webhooks, integrations) - Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
