The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing Agile software development teams, coordinating with clients, tracking project execution, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality web applications.The Project Manager will work closely with Engineering, Product, QA, UI/UX, and client stakeholders while managing project timelines, risks, budgets, and team productivity.Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end software development projects from planning to production deployment.- Work closely with US clients to gather requirements and manage expectations.- Prepare project plans, sprint schedules, release plans, and resource allocation.- Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.- Coordinate with React, Ruby on Rails, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams.- Track project progress using Jira and ensure timely delivery.- Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively drive resolutions.- Monitor project scope, timelines, quality, and budget.- Prepare weekly project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production releases, and post-production support.- Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile best practices,
