Proven ability to ensure accurate stock management, timely material availability, and adherence to organizational SOPs and compliance standards.Well-versed In- Physical stock verification & cycle counting- Ensure 100% stock of MIN-MAX items- Non-moving / obsolete stock identification and liquidation- Scrap management and disposal coordination- Documentation and audit compliance- MIS of S&S; Inventory related to Senior management.Critical Job Competencies / Mandatory Skills- Timely Monitoring & releasing of PR's- Circulating monthly Slow Moving, Non-Moving,



Surplus & Obsolete Inventory to Group units.- Maintaining 100% stock of MIN-MAX Items- Preparing timely Inventory Reports- Co-ordinating & preparing STO (Stock Transfer Order) to Intra-units.KRA 1: Inventory Accuracy & Control- Maintain ≥ 98–99% inventory accuracy (system vs physical).- Ensure stock reconciliation and variance analysis on a periodic basis.- Conduct cycle counting / annual physical verification as per schedule.KRA 2: Stock Optimization (FSN / ABC Control)- Monitor Fast, Slow, Non-moving (FSN) items regularly.- Analyze dead / obsolete inventory and initiate disposal actions.- Maintain inventory at optimum level (avoid excess & shortages) .- Periodic review using ABC classification .KRA 3: Issue & Availability Management- Ensure timely material availability to user departments.- Monitor stock-outs / critical spares and escalate proactively.- Track pending reservations / open reservations fulfilment .KRA 4: Material Storage & Handling- Ensure proper stacking, preservation, and identification of materials.- Follow FIFO/Shelf life principles where applicable.- Maintain bin location accuracy and 5S standards in stores.KRA 5: Reporting & MIS Prepare and circulate- Daily GRN pending report- Non-moving / slow-moving stock report- Inventory ageing reports- Monthly stock valuation report
