Job Title: GRC Analyst – Data Governance & Compliance
Experience: 3–6 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: WFO

Role Summary
We are hiring a GRC Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Purview and strong knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks to manage and enhance data protection across Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and manage Microsoft Purview (DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Retention, Data Classification)
Perform audits and monitoring across M365 (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange)
Identify governance gaps, policy violations, and misclassifications
Analyze reports, troubleshoot issues,



and reduce false positives
Collaborate with Security, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams
Maintain audit-ready documentation and support compliance activities

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview & M365 Compliance tools
Strong knowledge of frameworks: NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2
Experience in DLP, data classification, and compliance monitoring
