As a Senior Associate – Social Media, you will take ownership of key client accounts, driving strategy, execution, and performance across platforms. This role requires a balance of creative thinking, analytical skills, and client-facing confidence. You will mentor junior team members while ensuring campaigns deliver measurable business impact and align with broader marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end management of multiple social media accounts, ensuring consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
Develop and implement platform-specific social media strategies aligned with client goals and campaign objectives.
Oversee content planning and creation, guiding the team on formats, storytelling approaches, and platform best practices.
Review, refine, and approve content calendars before publishing to ensure quality and effectiveness.
Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Present performance reports, campaign ideas, and strategic recommendations directly to clients.




Manage client communication independently, including leading discussions on content calendars, campaign planning, and performance reviews.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies, applying insights proactively to client strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, copy, performance marketing) to execute integrated campaigns.
Mentor and guide interns/associates, providing feedback and ensuring smooth workflow within the team.
Handle crisis management and reputation management on social platforms when required.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within an advertising or digital agency.
Proven experience managing multiple client accounts independently.
Solid understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and their evolving algorithms.
