Role Description
We are looking for an Integrated Paid Media Specialist to lead paid media planning, activation oversight, optimization and client management across Southeast Asian markets for our growth client portfolio brands. Based within the growth team structure, this role will work closely with local market teams, platform partners and cross-functional specialists to drive business growth through full-funnel media strategies.

The ideal candidate combines robust performance marketing expertise with strategic thinking, stakeholder management and the ability to navigate multi-market complexities.

What Will You Be Doing?

Client Management
Serve as a day-to-day client lead for regional stakeholders
Present media strategies, campaign results and optimization plans confidently
Manage client expectations and provide proactive recommendations
Build strong relationships with both regional and local market stakeholders
Support annual planning,



budget discussions and forecasting exercises

Media Strategy & Planning
Co-develop full-funnel paid media strategies aligned to brand and commercial objectives.
Translate business goals into integrated channel strategies across Search, Social, Video, Programmatic & OOH
Identify market opportunities, audience strategies and budget allocation recommendations
Ensure consistency in media planning while allowing for local market nuances
Build quarterly and campaign-level media recommendations supported by data and insights

Campaign Management & Optimization
Liaise with teams and partners to oversee campaign activation and optimization across multiple channels
Guide specialists on campaign structure, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies
Monitor performance against KPIs and proactively identify optimization opportunities
Ensure media investments are delivering efficient growth and business outcomes
