Job Overview
This position is primarily responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise Power BI analytics solutions on TE's Databricks platform. The role partners closely with business stakeholders, product owners, data architects, analytics engineers, and governance teams to deliver intuitive dashboards, semantic models, governed reporting assets, and actionable insights that support business decisions.
In addition to Power BI development, the role contributes to Databricks-based data engineering activities, including data transformation,



analytical data modeling, optimization of reporting datasets, and migration of legacy logic into scalable cloud-based solutions. The position owns the end-to-end analytics lifecycle from requirements gathering and data modeling through dashboard development, deployment, performance optimization, governance, documentation, production support, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Power BI & Analytics Delivery, Primary Responsibility
Expected emphasis: approximately 60 to 70 percent of the role
Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, semantic models, and reusable analytical solutions using Databricks as the primary data platform.
Partner with business stakeholders and product owners to translate KPIs, reporting needs, and analytical questions into technical designs and delivery plans.
