Role Overview
As a Customer Success Executive / Intern, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for recent customers and helping them achieve their desired outcomes using Kasplo. You will work closely with clients from sign-up through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement, focusing on product adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention.
Key Responsibilities




• Guide customers through the onboarding journey, including sign-up, welcome, setup, and training.
• Assist with technical setup, including DKIM, SPF, and DMARC configurations.
• Support customers in importing and validating contact data.
• Ensure CRM, CMS, and other integrations are configured correctly.
• Conduct onboarding and training sessions for customers.
• Share tutorials and guides for self-service customers.
• Provide dashboard walkthroughs and campaign setup guidance.
• Help customers understand key performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, and deliverability.
• Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding.
• Resolve customer queries via email, chat, and scheduled calls.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
