We’re on the lookout for customer-focused Senior Sales Engineers to drive market coverage and build deep technical partnerships across the Hosur and Trichy regions.
If you bring a robust background in industrial sales and enjoy being on the ground engaging with technical and procurement leaders, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Drive Regional Sales: Expand our account footprint and drive business growth across local manufacturing and industrial clusters.
Build Strategic Relationships: Act as a trusted partner to plant managers, technical leads, and procurement teams.
Deliver Technical Value: Understand client specs in electrical, automation,
and control systems to recommend the right solutions.
Manage End-to-End Sales: Take charge of the entire sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and technical discussions to final closing.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3+ years in B2B industrial sales, automation controls, or component distribution.
Education: Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
Field Presence: Readiness to travel locally and cover key industrial customer sites within your region.
Core Skills: Strong communication, account planning, and technical negotiation skills.
