Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to drive revenue growth for D2C and e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scaling paid advertising campaigns, improving ROAS, optimizing customer acquisition funnels, and driving profitable business growth across platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.
This is a performance-focused role where business growth, revenue, and profitability are the primary KPIs.
Key Responsibilities1. Paid Media Management
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Develop full-funnel marketing strategies (TOF, MOF & BOF).
Identify high-performing creatives, audiences, and campaigns, and scale them effectively.
Manage daily advertising budgets while optimizing for ROAS, CAC, and CPA.
Monitor campaign performance and implement continuous optimizations.
2. E-commerce Growth




Drive sales and revenue on Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart.
Optimize product listings, pricing, offers, and product bundles.
Improve website conversion rates and Average Order Value (AOV).
Analyze product performance and scale top-selling products.
3. Quick Commerce Marketing
Manage product visibility on Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.
Improve search rankings, product discoverability, and promotional offers.
Execute marketing initiatives aligned with instant purchase behavior.
Coordinate with inventory and pricing teams to maximize sales.
4. Creative & Funnel Optimization
Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Create compelling hooks, messaging, and campaign strategies.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad copies.
Recommend landing page improvements to increase conversion rates.
5. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
