Your Background:

You will have left school with at least a positive intermediate secondary school qualification
Good marks in mathematics and physics / natural sciences
A keen sense of spatial imagination
A high level of concentration




An interest in working with modern computer-controlled machinery
You enjoy teamwork, but can also complete tasks independently and to a reliable standard
You may also have completed an internship in a workshop

What We Offer:

During the 3 ½ year training course, you will acquire a wide range of skills and abilities in your chosen profession
You will work to drawings, using turning and milling machines to make precision components
You will programme, monitor and optimise CNC machines
If you perform well, the standard training period may be reduced to three years
