Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven D2C Performance Marketing professional with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in managing and scaling digital acquisition campaigns, with robust expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

The role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency across the D2C business. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Meta campaign management, audience strategy, creative testing, funnel optimization, budget management, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize D2C performance marketing campaigns primarily across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), with exposure to Google Ads across Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube.
Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability through data-driven campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
Own the end-to-end performance marketing funnel, including tracking, attribution, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
Manage and optimize campaign budgets to improve CAC, ROAS,



conversion rates, and overall marketing efficiency.
Monitor campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and other analytics and reporting tools.
Conduct continuous A/B testing across creatives, audiences, campaign structures, landing pages, bidding strategies, messaging, and offers.
Work closely with creative, design, e-commerce, tech, and CRO teams to develop performance-led creatives and improve landing page experience and conversion rates.
Analyze campaign and funnel data to identify performance gaps, growth opportunities, and actionable optimization strategies.
Develop insights around audience behavior, creative performance, customer acquisition, and funnel drop-offs to improve campaign efficiency.
Prepare regular performance reports and communicate key campaign insights, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.
