Role Description The Area Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dausa,



responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets for life insurance products within the assigned territory. This role involves managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals and Financial Consultants, planning and executing local sales strategies, and monitoring performance to ensure consistent achievement of business objectives. The Area Business Manager will build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners, and local stakeholders, ensuring high service standards and adherence to regulatory and company guidelines. Daily activities include reviewing sales pipelines, conducting training and performance reviews, organizing local promotional activities, and reporting key metrics and market feedback to regional leadership. The role also requires close collaboration with internal support teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of customer issues.
