We are looking for a confident and motivated Executive to join our sales team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with prospective clients through outbound calls, understand their basic requirements, create interest in our financial advisory and wealth management services, and generate qualified appointments for the senior sales/advisory team.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable speaking with new people, handles rejection positively, and wants to build a career in sales and financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads/data.
Introduce the company and communicate our services clearly and professionally.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations rather than simply delivering a script.
Ask relevant questions to understand the prospect's financial needs and situation.




Identify qualified prospects and generate appointments for the advisory/sales team.
Follow up with interested prospects through calls and other approved communication channels.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and appointments.
Achieve daily and monthly calling, conversation, and appointment-generation targets.
Handle common objections professionally and keep conversations positive.
Coordinate with the sales/advisory team to ensure smooth handover of qualified prospects.
Continuously improve calling techniques based on feedback and results.
Requirements
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident and comfortable speaking with new people over the phone.
Robust listening and conversation skills.
Positive attitude toward rejection and targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Ability to follow up consistently and maintain a structured pipeline.
