Role Description The Franchise Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for overseeing and growing franchise operations for SalonTym – Salon At Home. This role involves identifying potential franchise partners, managing end-to-end franchise onboarding, and ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational guidelines. The Franchise Manager will monitor franchise performance,



provide ongoing support and training to franchise partners, and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with internal teams, analyzing operational and financial metrics, resolving franchise-related issues, and executing local marketing initiatives to drive growth. The role also requires regular field visits, relationship management with franchise owners, and reporting on franchise network performance to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Strong franchise management or multi-unit operations experience, including partner onboarding, performance monitoring, and relationship management.
Experience in business development or sales, with skills in lead generation, franchise recruitment, and negotiation.
Operational and analytical skills, including process implementation, KPI tracking, and use of data to drive decisions.
