We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hospitality Trainer to prepare students for successful careers in the hotel and hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should possess solid industry knowledge in Food & Beverage Service and Front Office Operations, along with excellent teaching, communication, and mentoring skills. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training while motivating students to build successful careers in hospitality.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management from a recognized institute.
Specialization or strong expertise in Food & Beverage Service and Front Office Operations.
Experience:
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in the hotel industry.
Prior experience in training or teaching hospitality students will be an added advantage.
Hands-on experience in reputed hotels is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver classroom and practical training in Hospitality and Hotel Management.
Train students in Food & Beverage Service, Front Office Operations, guest handling, and hospitality etiquette.
Prepare students according to current hotel industry standards and best practices.
Conduct practical demonstrations, role plays, and mock hotel operations.
Develop lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments.
Motivate and guide students to build confidence and pursue successful careers in the hospitality industry.
Provide career counseling and interview preparation for hotel placements.
Monitor students' attendance, discipline, and academic performance.
Organize workshops, guest lectures, and industry interaction sessions.
Coordinate with the placement team to prepare students for internships and job opportunities.
