Role Overview

The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving effective workforce utilization, bench governance, resource fulfillment, and client engagement across multiple accounts.

The successful candidate will work closely with Delivery Leaders, Practice Heads, Talent Acquisition, HR, Operations,



and Clients to ensure optimal resource allocation, high utilization, timely deployments, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Drive bench management initiatives and ensure optimal resource utilization across business units.
Monitor bench strength, skill inventory, utilization reports, and bench aging metrics.
Identify deployment opportunities and proactively reduce bench aging.
Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Practice Leaders to align available talent with business demand.
Maintain visibility into resource availability, project allocations, upcoming demand, and capacity gaps.
Manage workforce planning, capacity forecasting, succession planning, and resource deployment strategies.
Ensure timely staffing and deployment of consultants against project requirements.
