Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Halol, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and building long-term relationships with clients and partners. The specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns, support brand positioning, and collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with project delivery.



Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, responding to customer inquiries, and providing product or service training to clients and internal stakeholders. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, reporting on sales and marketing activities, and contributing ideas to enhance revenue growth and customer engagement.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective presentation abilities.
Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness, relationship building, and problem-solving for diverse client needs.
Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B or technical services environment.
Experience in Training clients or internal teams on products, services, or processes to support adoption and satisfaction.
