You will work directly with enterprise customers to help them unlock the value of AI across their organization, along with the entire Microsoft 365 platform. In the International Customer Success Unit in India Downstream, we are looking for passionate, experienced, and credible Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) with a drive for developing and winning strategic opportunities that deliver end-to-end AI Business Solutions thought leadership driving significant customer value and enabling transformational customer outcomes, with a specific focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Low Code No Code, 1P Agents etc
As an AI Business Solutions (ABS) Cloud Solution Architect, you will be the technical leader driving end‑to‑end AI transformation for enterprise customers. This role blends deep cloud architecture expertise with modern AI capabilities across M365 Copilot, Agentic AI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Secure AI Assessments.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to CxOs, ITDMs, BDMs,



and cross‑functional Microsoft teams — leading envisioning, technical strategy, solution design, implementation guidance, and value realization motions. This role requires strong technical depth, executive presence, outstanding communication, and exceptional stakeholder management.

Responsibilities
1. Lead AI‑Driven Customer Transformations
Architect and land solutions across M365 Copilot, Teams extensibility, Graph API, semantic search, and enterprise AI workloads.
Shape and deploy Agentic AI scenarios, including orchestration flows, connectors, grounding strategies, and retrieval patterns.
Bring technical clarity and alignment across diverse customer stakeholder groups.
2. Technical Solution Architecture & Delivery
Lead customer-facing technical conversations to help organizations realize outcomes from Microsoft 365 and Azure investments.
