Job Description

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of fintech projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, including Product Management, Operations, Tech, Marketing and Customer Experience teams.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones and deliverables.




Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders, including project sponsors and senior leadership.
Manage project resources, including team members, contractors, and third-party vendors, to ensure they are allocated effectively and efficiently.
Foster a team-oriented and positive team environment, motivating team members and promoting open communication, trust, and accountability.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
Support project governance and compliance requirements, including project documentation, change management, and quality assurance.
