Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for a Stress Engineer based in Bengaluru South. The Stress Engineer will be responsible for performing stress analysis, conducting detailed calculations, and working on structural analysis to support design and engineering tasks. The role includes collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with safety and industry standards,
as well as providing insights to enhance the efficiency and reliability of systems under evaluation.

Qualifications
Pipe stress analysis calculations
Provide plant layout comments, including load inputs to other disciplines
Develop and review piping mechanical specifications
Perform special studies related to piping stress
Prepare special piping (SP) item calculations, drawings, and data sheets
Develop special piping (SP) item requisition worksheets
Create pipe support drawings, pipe support requisition worksheets, and define support locations
Use CAESAR II software to perform piping flexibility analysis
Apply knowledge of support selection and support design, including creation of special support drawings
Perform fatigue and blast analysis, and consider structural
