Tipple Works Co. is a 360-degree, creative-first marketing agency specializing in lifestyle brands, alco-bev, hospitality, and F&B.; We partner with brands to build sharp, effective marketing programs — from category strategy to on-ground execution. We're looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to be the connective tissue between strategy and delivery across our client accounts.
The Role
We're hiring a marketing generalist who can think in strategy and operate in execution. You won't be running every channel yourself — we have specialist teams for that — but you'll own the overall marketing plan for your accounts, direct those teams, and make sure everything ladders up to the client's business goals.
This is a high-ownership role suited to someone who's spent 3-4 years getting hands-on across multiple marketing disciplines and is ready to move into orchestrating them.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end marketing strategy and planning for assigned client accounts,
translating business objectives into actionable marketing plans
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional specialist teams (social, performance, influencer, web, e-commerce) to execute against the plan
- Manage product launch marketing from planning through execution — timelines, channel mix, messaging, and post-launch review
- Guide social media strategy and content direction, ensuring brand consistency across platforms
- Oversee performance marketing efforts, reviewing campaign performance and directing optimization priorities with the performance team
- Shape influencer marketing strategy — identifying the right partnerships, formats, and campaigns to drive brand and revenue goals
- Provide direction on website management and updates in coordination with design/dev teams
- Bring e-commerce fluency to strategy — understanding funnels, conversion levers, and platform-specific nuances (Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
