About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI Tech Lead to lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on coding expertise, deep knowledge of Generative AI technologies, and the ability to mentor engineering teams while delivering scalable AI products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical architecture, design, and development of AI solutions.
Design and develop AI Applications, AI Agents, Chatbots, AI Copilots, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
Build scalable backend services, APIs, and AI-driven applications.
Design robust AI workflows using modern LLM frameworks.




Guide and mentor software engineers on AI architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
Ensure code quality, scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
Participate in architecture reviews and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
8–10 years of software engineering experience with solid hands-on development expertise.
Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Proven experience building:
AI Applications
AI Agents
AI Chatbots
AI Copilots
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions
Strong backend development and API design experience.
Hands-on experience with:
Large Language Models (LLMs)
LangChain
LangGraph
Vector Databases
Similar AI frameworks and orchestration tools
