Role Description The Senior Sales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Sringeri. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective buyers for residential plots, conducting site visits, and presenting property features and benefits in a clear and compelling way. The Senior Sales Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals,



while maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions. Daily activities include building and nurturing client relationships, collaborating with marketing to support promotional campaigns, and providing timely feedback on market trends and customer needs. The person in this position will also contribute to sales targets, prepare sales reports for management, and ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the buying process.
Qualifications

Proven experience in real estate sales or related fields, with a strong track record in closing deals and meeting sales targets.
