About the Role
The Ecommerce Manager at Beauty By BiE will own the growth, performance, and day-to-day execution of the brand’s online business across its D2C website, marketplaces, and quick-commerce platforms.
This is a highly hands-on, growth-focused role responsible for driving online revenue while maintaining healthy margins, strong inventory efficiency, and a seamless customer experience.
The Ecommerce Manager will work across sales, performance marketing, marketplace management, merchandising, pricing, promotions, inventory, analytics, and conversion optimisation, collaborating closely with marketing, creative, operations, supply chain, and external marketplace partners.
The ideal candidate understands that ecommerce growth is not simply about increasing topline revenue—it is about building profitable, scalable, and sustainable growth across every digital channel.

Drive toplline growth and profitability across Beauty By BiE’s D2C website, Amazon, Nykaa, Tira, Blinkit, and other existing or emerging ecommerce channels.
Own channel-wise revenue targets, P&L;, contribution margins, and ROI.
Develop monthly and quarterly ecommerce growth plans aligned with overall business targets.
Plan and execute pricing, discounting, bundling, gifting, and promotional strategies without compromising brand positioning or profitability.
Identify opportunities to increase AOV, conversion rate, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value.
Build channel-specific strategies based on customer behaviour, platform economics, and product performance.
Performance Marketing
Work closely with internal teams and agencies to manage and optimise performance campaigns across marketplaces and digital platforms.
Monitor CPC, CPM, CAC, ROAS, MER, conversion rates, and contribution margins to ensure efficient customer acquisition.
