This role is crucial for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and integrated solutions across our enterprise platform.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be a technical expert responsible for all types of standard Salesforce development and customization, with deep hands-on experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing), Field Service Lightning (FSL), and Marketing Cloud.



You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into efficient technical solutions, ensuring system reliability, optimal performance, and seamless integrations. Strong debugging and support capabilities are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Customization: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and secure custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.
Multi-Cloud Implementation:
Sales & Service Cloud: Develop solutions for lead-to-chance, case management, Omni-Channel routing, entitlements, and service console workflows.
Revenue Cloud: Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ and Billing processes to support end-to-end revenue management and complex pricing structures.
Field Service Lightning (FSL): Implement and customize FSL functionality, including work orders, service appointments, work types, and the FSL mobile app to opti
