The Opportunity
We are looking for a Legal Counsel (3–6 years PQE) to support all key legal areas including commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate matters.
This is a high ownership role where you will work closely with business teams and leadership. You will play an important role in enabling business growth while managing legal risks in a fast-paced startup setting.

Support business teams with clear and practical legal advice
Ensure strong and scalable contracting processes
Help the company stay compliant with evolving regulations
Build legal frameworks that support growth and innovation
Act as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders
Roles and ResponsibilitiesTechnology & Commercial Contracts
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements such as MSAs, customer contracts, and cloud/service agreements
Handle vendor and partner contracts
Work on data protection, security, and AI-related contractual terms
Create and maintain contract templates and playbooks
Business Advisory
Provide day-to-day legal support to sales, product, and operations teams
Support legal aspects of new product or feature launches
Regulatory & Compliance
Assist with compliance related to data protection, privacy laws, IT laws, and emerging AI regulation
