Role Overview
We are seeking a agile and motivated Sales Trainer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training programs to enhance the performance and effectiveness of our sales team. This role is critical in driving sales excellence and aligning learning initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for onboarding and continuous upskilling of sales teams.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities.
Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.
Deliver training sessions through various formats such as workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching.
Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with sales leadership to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
Stay updated on sales methodologies, market trends, and EdTech best practices.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to reinforce learning and drive application on the job.
Maintain training records and prepare periodic reports on training outcomes and impact.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in sales training or a similar role.
Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and tools.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Ability to engage and inspire a diverse group of learners.
Proficiency in training tools and platforms (e.g., PowerPoint, LMS, Zoom).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the EdTech industry.
Certification in training or coaching (e.g., AT
