Technical skills:
Experience with Salesforce Declarative development using Process Builder, Workflows, Lightning App Builder, etc.
Experience with Salesforce platform programming languages – Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, APEX, SOQL, and SOSL.
Experience with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
Knowledge and experience with Salesforce architecture and APIs, Salesforce security configuration, sharing rules and user management.
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (a.k.a. Community Portals).
Experience with the agile software development.
Experience with 1st Generation Managed Package and knowledge on 2nd generation Managed Package.
Proven integration experience using integration techniques - REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On.
Thorough understanding of Salesforce Deployment Process, tools, CI/CD.
Experience collaborating with teams to improve processes that align with agency goals while demonstrating the ability to deliver excellent results and maintain a collegial work environment.
Positive verbal and written communication with internal and external users.
Ability to work independently to analyze issues and resolve problems.
Experience prioritizing work and meeting time sensitive deadlines, including follow-through while balancing and prioritizing multiple activities and responsibilities.
Demonstrated experience engaging in creative problem solving and taking initiative, while utilizing a solutions-oriented approach and exhibiting flexibility and good judgement in a complex organizational ecosystem.
