Position Summary
EXL is seeking a high-impact Program Manager to help drive strategic initiatives for the AI Solution Engineering and Delivery team. This role is designed for a Strategic Innovation leader with deep expertise in driving AI, delivery, and technology initiatives. This program manager will act as a force multiplier, ensuring initiatives move forward and to help with different operation activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:



MBA from a premier institute and a technical background in Engineering or Operations.
Experience: Proven track record in Program Management of cross function programs.
Financial Acumen: Advanced skills in financial modelling, business intelligence, and zero-base costing.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage global stakeholders, and drive change management in complex environments.
Certifications: Qualified certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt or strategic management credentials are highly preferred.
Technical Domain knowledge: Knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI and experience with python are a plus.
Personal Attributes
A bias for action with the ability to predict, alert, and recommend strategic moves at the right time and cost.
