Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Network Engineer to join our internal Global Network team and act as the subject matter expert (SME) for network services across the organisation.




The successful candidate will lead the resolution of complex incidents, drive continual improvement and automation and work closely with the Network Manager on overall strategy. They will collaborate closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to translate business requirements into practical designs and enforce network security and access policies.
You’ll lead global network architecture and operations, ensuring alignment with business strategy, security standards (zero‑trust), and operational supportability, while defining and governing policies (firewalls, segmentation, access controls).
You’ll own end‑to‑end incident, problem, and escalation management—providing technical leadership for major outages, driving root‑cause analysis, and delivering permanent fixes within SLA targets.
