Job Description
Colliers is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager, Advisory Services to lead real estate consulting engagements, including feasibility studies, market assessments, and investment analyses. The role involves providing strategic insights to developers, investors,



and corporate clients, managing client relationships, and translating market and financial data into actionable recommendations that support informed real estate decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Execution of comprehensive feasibility studies and Highest and Best Use (HBU) analyses to determine the most profitable and sustainable development paths for diverse real estate assets.
Conduct rigorous market assessments by synthesizing macroeconomic trends, supply demand dynamics, and competitive benchmarking to provide clients with a clear view of market opportunities.
Develop complex financial models to evaluate project viability, sensitivity analysis, and investment returns, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and risk mitigation.
Manage client relationships throughout the consulting lifecycle, presenting findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key decisionmakers.
