Role Description The Assistant Food Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, responsible for supporting the end-to-end management of food and beverage operations for events. This includes coordinating with kitchen and service teams,



overseeing food presentation and service standards, and ensuring smooth execution during pre-event preparations, live events, and post-event wrap-up. The role involves monitoring inventory and supplies, assisting with menu planning and event-specific setups, and implementing quality and hygiene standards in line with brand guidelines. The Assistant Manager will interact with clients and guests in office to address service needs, oversee staff schedules and briefings, support training and performance feedback, and help manage costs and budgets to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, including event-based catering environments.
Proficiency in Customer Service, with the ability to manage client expectations and deliver a high-touch guest experience.
Experience in Training service staff, providing clear guidance, and supporting continuous skill development.
