We are looking for a skilled Infrastructure & Data Center Engineer with retail industry experience to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, including data centre operations, virtualization, networking, firewalls, and server infrastructure. The ideal candidate should possess solid troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in maintaining high availability, security, and performance of mission-critical IT systems.

RequirementsKey Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Data Center infrastructure, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.




Administer VMware virtualization environments, including provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of virtual machines.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, including Layer 2/Layer 3 switches and routers.
Administer and support enterprise firewalls, implementing security policies, VPNs, NAT, ACLs, and access controls.
Monitor infrastructure health using enterprise monitoring tools and proactively resolve performance issues.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for infrastructure incidents and implement preventive measures.
Support server hardware, storage, and backup infrastructure.
Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and patch management of infrastructure components.
Coordinate with OEMs and third-party vendors for hardware replacement and issue resolution.
