We are seeking a agile, result-oriented, Field Sales Officer to drive business growth across the southern region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
• Develop and execute regional business development strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Identify, qualify, and acquire new customers across corporate, industrial, commercial, government, healthcare, education, and infrastructure sectors.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, channel partners, consultants, architects, and direct customer engagement.
• Conduct customer presentations,



solution demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals in coordination with the pre-sales and engineering teams.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
2. Key Account Management
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers, consultants, architects, contractors, and channel partners.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend integrated Electronic Security solutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and timely support.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, upgrades, and cross-selling.
3. Marketing & Brand Development
• Support the planning and execution of regional marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and networking events.
