Job Description
As a Client Experience Intern, you will work closely with the Client Experience team across the customer journey, including onboarding, product adoption, engagement, support, and feedback. You will interact directly with customers, understand their queries and challenges, help them navigate the platform, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
This internship is ideal for someone who is comfortable learning technology, takes initiative, strong communication, loves solving problems and any kind of challenges and is updated with current Tech trends.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Product Adoption
Support onboarding sessions for new customers and help ensure a smooth transition onto the platform.
Educate customers on platform features, workflows, and AI capabilities.
Assist customers in understanding and effectively using key modules and functionalities.
Monitor customer engagement and follow up with customers who require additional assistance.
Encourage customers to explore and adopt relevant product features.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
Interact regularly with customers to understand their requirements, challenges, and experience with the platform.
Conduct follow-ups to support continued product usage and engagement.
Build positive relationships with customers through timely and qualified communication.
Identify customers who may require additional support and proactively reach out to them.
Support initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and product adoption.
Customer Support
Act as an initial point of contact for functional and product-related customer queries.
