Job Purpose
The NPD Projects Manager is responsible for coordinating the successful delivery of all New Product Development (NPD), customer product launch and innovation projects across Monty's Bakehouse. The role owns the Product Development project governance framework, ensuring projects are effectively planned, resourced,
communicated and delivered through a robust but practical governance process from concept approval through to successful commercial launch.
Working closely with all other functions of the business and our outsourced manufacturing partners, the NPD Projects Manager provides the structure, governance and project management required to deliver projects efficiently, taking ownership of agreed project activities whilst ensuring stakeholders remain aligned throughout the development process
The role also provides project management support to wider business improvement initiatives as required by the Chief Operating Officer. The role is the custodian of the company's project governance framework, ensuring projects are effectively planned, coordinated, monitored and reported, whilst enabling efficient and collaborative delivery across the business.
