Key requirements

We are looking for an Associate to join our Corporate Practice and advise clients operating in the defence sector, manufacturing industries, and technology-driven businesses.

Requirements

Degree in Law.
At least 2 years of experience in a law firm advising on corporate law and/or M&A; matters or in in-house legal department of defence producers.
Experience supporting corporate restructurings, investment projects, or transactional work.
Robust understanding of corporate governance and business structuring.
English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned workstreams.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent legal drafting abilities.

Would Be An Advantage

Experience advising clients in the defence, manufacturing, technology, or engineering sectors.
Experience supporting investment transactions and fundraising projects.
Understanding of the regulatory framework applicable to defence industry businesses.




Experience working with foreign investors and international corporate structures.

Duties include

Advising clients on corporate law matters.
Supporting business incorporations, reorganizations, and corporate restructurings.
Drafting corporate documents, including constitutional documents, corporate resolutions, shareholders’ agreements, and other internal corporate documentation.
Providing legal support on investment projects and M&A; transactions both in Ukraine and abroad.
Conducting legal due diligence.
Assisting with the structuring of Ukrainian and international corporate groups.
Preparing legal memoranda, opinions, and other legal advises.
Advising defence sector companies on corporate and regulatory matters related to their operations.
Liaising with government authorities, counterparties, and external advisers as part of client projects.
