The Mission
Vensor grows because our dealers and distributors grow.
Your mission is simple: find current channel partners, build strong relationships, help them grow their business, and make Vensor their preferred brand.
You'll own your territory like it's your business.

What You'll Do
Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors in your assigned territory.
Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and customer loyalty.
Conduct regular market visits, dealer counter visits,



and product demonstrations.
Explain schemes, offers, and new product launches to channel partners.
Generate orders and ensure timely collections.
Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
Resolve dealer concerns quickly and coordinate with internal teams.
Represent Vensor professionally in the market and strengthen our brand presence.

You'll be a great fit if you:
Communicate confidently and build trust easily.
Are persistent, disciplined, and self-motivated.
Understand dealer and distributor sales or are eager to learn.
Can work independently and achieve monthly sales targets.
Are comfortable traveling extensively within your assigned territory.
Own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence.

Experience in Electricals, FMEG, Building Materials, Paints, Hardware, Pipes, Sanitary, or oth
