Position Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and technically sound Business Development professional to
expand our presence across OEMs and Tier-1 manufacturers in India.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing
strategic customer relationships, managing the complete RFQ-to-order cycle, and achieving
aggressive sales growth targets.

Key Responsibilities




Identify and acquire new OEM and Industrial customers.
Develop business in Electrical, Switchgear, Transformer, Power Distribution, EV, Industrial Equipment, and General Engineering sectors.
Generate enquiries through customer visits, cold calling, LinkedIn, exhibitions, and networking.
Handle complete techno-commercial discussions from RFQ to Purchase Order.
Study engineering drawings, customer specifications, and manufacturing feasibility.
Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, and Costing teams for quotation preparation.
Negotiate commercial terms and close profitable business.
Maintain robust relationships with existing customers and identify cross-selling opportunities across the group's manufacturing divisions.
Prepare sales forecasts, visit reports, quotation trackers, and monthly business plans.
Participate in domestic exhibitions, vendor development programs, and customer audits.
