Technical Leads are responsible for making application changes to provide the required IT services functionality, and also performing code reviews and authorizing other develepoers work, ensuraing governance around code and application quality. This includes the development and maintenance of custom applications as well as the customization of products from software vendors.
What you’ll be DOING
What will your essential responsibilities include?
Able to code across full stack, front end, API , back end and DB.
Work collaboratively with developers on other teams, internal and external, onshore and offshore.
Assists to maintain development standards for design, coding, etc.
Technically leads other developers, including assignment of work.
Estimate work requests at various levels of confidence.
Assist with the creation of operational guidelines.
Assist with technical analysis of solution design.
Perform design activities in collaboration with the Technical Architect.
Assists to maintain development standards for design, coding, etc.Support resolution of defects during application testing phases.
Estimate work requests at various levels of confidence.
May serve as a member of a Major Incident Team.
May perform Application Developer duties.
What you will BRING

Required Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science, information systems, business management, or a related field required.
Relevant years of hands-on development experience in C#, SQL, .Net Frameworks, Visual Studio, SSMS, TFS/GIT, HTML5, Web API, JSON, XML, REST.
Experience with at least one of the up-to-date web development frameworks s
